During the consultation, we will cover:
Site Inspection
We will perform a visual review of your property and consider all the various aspects of your project. This will include any; resource consents required, council restrictions that may apply, how structural modification may affect the existing building and any potential health and safety issues.
Project Expectations
We will talk with you about your vision and what you are hoping to achieve as a result for the project. Also, we will review any design plans that you may already have. If you do not yet have any plans drawn up we regularly work with architects and engineers that we can recommend based on your needs. During the evaluation, we will establish the scope of work for the project - as well as providing our expert views on your ideas, the design plans and whether or not they are realistic and achievable.
The Process
We will provide a step-by-step outline of our renovation process and the way that Rogaland Bygg AS works. We make sure to cover all areas of the work, so you are clear about what is going to be done, how it will be done and the timeline for the project.
Financing the Project
We make sure that we are aware of your budget and will help you to evaluate it in comparison to the vision for the project, by providing our expert perspective and a range of options.
